Outstanding service!
Hemi and Jason were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Both were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get the job done perfectly. It’s rare these days to find people who genuinely care about their work and take such pride in it — these two definitely do. Couldn’t be happier with the result. I used Palmers Relocations this week for a move from NSW to NZ.  Hemi and Jason were absolutely brilliant workers, and worked well as a team.  Hemi has laser-focus on getting the job done, and literally doesn’t waste a minute.  Jason also worked extremely fast.  I also appreciated that Jason was smart enough to recognise items that were to remain in the NSW house, without having to be asked.  A huge help on a busy day. Five stars. Our household boxes have now travelled the world- and survived, making their way from Switzerland, through the Netherlands, across the oceans, and finally to our new home in Sydney. At every stage the process was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and a level of care that made a very complex move feel surprisingly simple.

Palmers Relocations took the reins on the Australian side of things, with Derek and the team making sure everything was received, processed, communicated and delivered exactly as promised. The coordination between Palmers, Mercia Movers, and Schmidt Global was seamless.
It really is a strange joy to open boxes you last saw months ago on the other side of the world, only to find them now sitting in your new lounge room intact, undamaged, and exactly as you packed them.

We would happily recommend Palmers Relocations, Derek, and the entire chain of movers involved to anyone taking on an international move. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a very smooth, professional, and even enjoyable process.

Do not use this company. My partner and I had several items stolen in our international move and we sought legal advice through the Australian Consumer Complaints Commission (ACCC) in regards to Palmers appalling service. We are both teachers and we frequently relocate to fulfill international teaching roles. We have used several moving companies in the past, this was our first time using Palmers Relocations and we would strongly recommend you do not entrust them with your belongings. I also recommend that you sift through ALL the reviews that are posted here and read those that are NOT 5 stars. Palmers pays their customers $250 dollars to post positive google reviews. Do not be fooled - we would never accept this bribe. UPDATE: In response to Palmer's allegation below that they have no record of this move. It most certainly did occur. Our move was from Melbourne to Fredericton, Canada. Palmers were an absolute nightmare to deal with and their Canadian affiliates on the receiving end Orbit, were no better. This took place 3 years ago now - I'm sure if you look at your records you can hopefully find all the dead end complaints my partner and I lodged with you. The ACCC could not assist us because your affiliate company and you claimed all the items went missing there. You just left us in the lurch to deal with them. We never got our missing items back and we were last told they were still looking for them.
